Cancellation
As a parent to three boys I fully understand that life throws the odd curve ball and I will always try to be as flexible as possible. That means I will always try to reschedule a lesson if you ask.
If a lesson needs to be cancelled I require 24 hours notice. Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation will mean the lesson time is still billable.
Billing
All lessons are charged at £30.00 (GBP) per hour or any part thereof. I send invoices at the end of each calendar month and payment is accepted via PayPal.
